Spa Policies

For the safety of our guests and staff, it is important that we adhere to VDH and CDC guidelines. Our staff has been trained on service and sanitation protocols. Plexiglass shields have been installed at both reception desks and we have a supply of PPE ready to use.

Masks are encouraged for our guests for those who are vaccinated and unvaccinated upon entering and exiting the building and during spa services. If you are experiencing any symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, fever, runny nose, body aches/pains or sore throat, we do ask that you contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment. Please do not enter the building if any of these symptoms are present. We do have the right to refuse service at any time. Read our full statement and guidelines here

Appointments and Cancellation Policy   

Booking your spa reservation in advance is strongly recommended. We are pleased to offer online booking for both of our locations. Please visit the following link to book your reservation: Green Leaf & Pebble – N. Great Neck In Virginia Beach VA | Vagaro. You may also contact our front desk to schedule your appointment by phone. A major credit card is required upon scheduling your appointment in order to hold your reservation(s). As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapists, we strictly adhere to the spa cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed, or reschedule in less than 24 hours will be billed 50% of the service price. Our concierge team will give you a courtesy text message or email the day you book your appointment, three days before your appointment and also the day before your appointment, including any required paperwork, is scheduled to begin.

We do have the right to refuse service at any time.


We encourage you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full-service fee.

Spa Hours

Monday: 12pm-8pm

Tuesday – Thursday: 9am-8pm

Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 9am-6pm

Café Hours

The Café is located at our Norfolk Ave location from 10 AM to 3 PM Wednesday – Sunday. We serve a full selection of over 100 different varieties of tea, as well as grab-n-go selection of delicious eats . We offer indoor seating, outdoor seating on our patio, take-out from our patio window, and delivery. You can view our full menu and order online at

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late may limit your treatment time. Remember your service will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. Please respect the other guests’ right to privacy and quiet. Limit your cell phone use in the lobby and in the treatment rooms. Smoking is prohibited. We do offer a menu of wine at our Norfolk Ave location. Unfortunately, we are unable to complete spa services if you are under the influence.

Age Policy

Guests of Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa/Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa & Café must be 18 years or older to enjoy spa services. Children ages 13-17 are welcome to enjoy spa services but must be accompanied by an adult. Parental consent will be required. Unaccompanied children are not allowed to sit unattended in our lobby or to use the spa facility to protect the tranquil nature of the spa and its environment.

You must be 21 or older to consume alcohol from our café menu.

Gift Cards & Pre-Paid Services

Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa Gift Cards and pre-paid services make wonderful gifts for any occasion. Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk or online. Gift Cards may only be used at Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa or Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa & Café. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not refundable or replaceable. Pre-paid services are sold and used/scheduled for the service in which they are advertised for. Our gift cards and pre-paid services never expire and can be used at both locations. All sales are final on Gift Cards and Pre-Paid Services/Packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened products with accompanying receipt can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on Gift Cards and Pre-Paid Services/Packages.


Gratuities are accepted in both cash and major credit card forms. If you were happy with your service(s), it is customary to give 15-20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your therapist. Give us a review and let us know how you enjoyed your visit with us!

VIP Membership

Please visit our VIP Membership page for a full list of our program benefits. The VIP Wellness Program rewards frequent guests to our spa with significant savings on our services and products. This is a month-to-month program to encourages on-going health and wellness through a regular skincare and bodywork routine. The cost for you to participate is only $75/month. Services do accrue on your account each month when unused. Unused VIP services and/or prepaid spa services are not eligible for refund.

The VIP Wellness Program may be terminated by the client or Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa and Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa & Café at any time.
