Often compared to a forest after a spring rain, this tea has an earthy, wild and delicate flavor. This was a favorite amongst English and early American colonizers during the 18th century, and was one of the teas thrown into Boston Harbor during the Boston Tea Party. It helps fight cancer, heart disease and can lower cholesterol.
